The Harling Drove

This route is a gentle ride through the heart of Thetford Forest with views of ancient heaths and meres (link to Wildlife & Heritage 1.7) and links with other bridleways which make up a wider network of routes throughout The Brecks. Click here for further information.


The Peddars Way Bridle Route (in the Norfolk Brecks)

this is a long-distance trail for riders, meandering close to the Roman road and linking with the Icknield Way Trail to the south. The waymarked route is 25 miles/65km long, passing through the Norfolk Brecks between Roudham Heath and Swaffham. Beyond it, the Bridle Route continues a further 38 miles/61km to the North Norfolk coast. Click here for further information
